Liverpool vs Porto
Liverpool will play Porto on Tuesday in the Champions League
Liverpool will play Porto on Tuesday in 2018/19 UEFA Champions League quarter-final first leg as both teams eye progression to next round. The Reds go into this game as the favourites.

Kick-off : 7:00 PM (Local)

Venue : Anfield, Liverpool

Liverpool are on their way to winning the Premier League this term. But the Champions League is also they will be after to make the season more memorable. They though will need to play quality football.

The Reds play Portuguese outfit Porto in the quarter-finals and they need to clear it and then they will inch closer to the final. Porto is a good tough club and they will provide tough challenge for Liverpool. But The Reds know they are very capable of going past Porto and they will play their brand of football.

On the other hand, Porto did well in the round of 16 to get past Roma and reach till here. They will need to carry on the good work and play positive football if they hope to go further in the tournament which will be tough.

Porto have to play Liverpool who are a world class side and Porto will have to give their all and hope for the best.

Liverpool have a very good record against Porto and they will look to continue the good work.

Team news and possible line-ups

Bruno Costa and Aboubakar will both be not available for Porto for the Liverpool game as due to injuries.

As for The Reds, Adam Lallana and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain will both be unavailable as due to injuries.

Porto XI : Casillas, M. Pereira, E. Militao, F. Monteiro, A. Telles, J. Corona, Danilo, O. Torres, Brahimi, Marega, Tiquinho.

Liverpool XI : Alisson, Alexander-Arnold, Matip, Van Dijk, Robertson, Milner, Henderson, Fabinho, Salah, Firmino, Mane.

Prediction

It should be a close game between two good sides but I expect Liverpool to get the job done and win first leg 2-1.
