Liverpool will play Huddersfield on Friday in the Premier League
Liverpool will play Huddersfield on Friday in 2018/19 Premier League as the season nears it’s completion. The Reds go into this game as the favourites.

Kick-off : 8:00 PM (Local)

Venue : Anfield, Liverpool

Liverpool will be disappointed with the way the things are panning out to be as Manchester City are ahead of them by a point. City are winning all their games and it seems they might overhaul Liverpool for the title. Though The Reds have been brilliant this term.

Liverpool are currently second in the points table after 35 matches with 88 points. In Huddersfield they have got opponents against whom three points are a good possibility and The Reds will play their best football.

Liverpool have crucial semi-final tie against Barcelona coming up in the 2018/19 UEFA Champions League next.

On the other hand, Huddersfield have had a poor season and they are now relegated officially and are now only playing for pride in 2018/19 Premier League.

Huddersfield are are at present twentieth in the points table after 35 games with just 14 points. Against Liverpool they will have to play out of their skins giving their all and hoping for the best.

Liverpool have a poor record against Huddersfield and they will like to improve upon the fact.

Team news and possible line-ups

Sabiri will not be available for Huddersfield for the Liverpool game as due to injury.

As for The Reds, Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain will be unavailable as due to injury.

Huddersfield XI : Lossl, Smith, Schindler, Kongolo, Durm, Stankovic, Bacuna, Mooy, Kachunga, Grant, Lowe.

Liverpool XI : Alisson, T. Alexander-Arnold, Matip, Van Dijk, Robertson, Keita, Henderson, Wijnaldum, M. Salah, R. Firmino, S. Mane.

Prediction

I expect Liverpool to dominate this game and win it comfortably in the end to get the three points. They might win 3-0.
