Liverpool will take on Burnley on Saturday in 2019/20 Premier league as the season moves ahead. The Reds go into this game as the favourites.

Kick-off : 5:30 PM (Local)

Venue : Turf Moor, Burnley

Liverpool are having a fantastic season so far after a wonderful start to the 2019/20 campaign. They are the only team unbeaten in the league so far.

The Reds are currently first in the points table after three games with full 9 points. They will look forward to keep playing their brand of football.

Next opponents are Burnley who shouldn’t make three points earning that easy and hence need to be dealt carefully.

Liverpool have been good defensively thus far and will need to be solid at the back. Options are surplus up front.

On the other hand, Burnley so far have had a mixed start to their campaign and winning games should be their priority.

The Clarets at the moment find themselves sixth in the points table after 3 games with four points. Liverpool should be a tough game.

Burnley know home advantage is a key in these games and they will need to make it count when they take on The Reds in their own backyard.

Burnley have attacked well this season and against Liverpool Ashley Barnes will hold the key. They just need to defend well as in their only loss this season so far, which was against Arsenal, defending were their undoing.

Liverpool have a good record against Burnley and they will look to continue the good work.

Team news and possible line-ups

Robbie Brady, Steven Defour and Johann Berg Gudmundsson will all be not available for Burnley for the Liverpool game as due to injury.

As for The Reds, Alisson will be unavailable as due to injury.

Burnley XI : Pope, Lowton, Mee, Tarkowski, Pieters, Lennon, Cork, Westwood, McNeil, Barnes, Wood.

Liverpool XI : Adrian, Alexander-Arnold, Matip, Van Dijk, Robertson, Henderson, Fabinho, Wijnaldum, Salah, Firmino, Mane.

Prediction

I expect Liverpool to win this game off current form is anything to go by. Them to win 3-1.
