Team India and England will take on each other tomorrow in Birmingham as both teams aim for a place in the semi-finals of the ongoing cricket World Cup. Team India go into this game as the favourites.

Date & Time : 30th June 2019, 3:00 PM IST

Venue : Edgbaston, Birmingham

India have had a perfect world cup so far and are yet to be beaten and they must take that confidence in the games to come ahead. They will look forward to playing their brand of cricket.

India are on 11 points after six games and England game if they win should make it enough points for them to qualify for the semi’s. England won’t be easy at all but if India have a complete day in the field then it would be very difficult for England to overcome their opponents.

The Bowling have been a strong aspect of team India and they will look to make it count at the weekend.

On the other hand, England after some good performances have slipped up a bit with losses especially to Pakistan and Sri Lanka.

They will now aim for nothing short of a victory in their remaining two fixtures. India and New Zealand should be very hard games though.

England need to have all three aspects of their game covered for a successful outing.

India have a good record against England in ODI’s and they will look to continue the good work. This will be the 100th meeting between these two.

Team news and possible line-ups

Jason Roy is available and might play for England tomorrow.

As for Team India, they are likely going to play the same XI as in the previous game.

England XI : E. Morgan (C), J. Roy, Bairstow, Root, Buttler (WK), Stokes, M. Ali, Woakes, J. Archer, A. Rashid, M. Wood.

India XI : R. Sharma, KL Rahul, Kohli, V. Shankar, Dhoni (WK), K. Jadhav, H. Pandya, Shami, K. Yadav, Chahal, Bumrah.

Prediction

I think it will be a close game but India to win it.
