India will take on Curacao in 2019 King’s Cup tournament as they eye success this year. Team India go into this game as the favourites.

Kick-off : 2:00 PM IST

Venue : Chang Arena, Buriram

Team India didn’t had that good an Asian Cup this year but will now look to win something this year as they take on teams in the King’s Cup. India will look to play quality football.

India’s opponents first up will be Caribbean side in Curacao. They are a side that believes in competitive soccer. So India must give them due respect. Also they are ranked higher than India and in fact any team participating in 2019 King’s Cup.

Team India are in better stead than ever and under new coach Igor Stimac is a good chance to showcase ever going improvement in international football. India must win the tournament with a good strategy.

On the other hand, Curacao will too be keen to do well in the King’s Cup to improve their football and with teams from Asia that are all emerging nations Curacao too will match them and it’s a good balanced tournament.

The Caribbean team is 82nd in the world and facing the Indian team ranked 101st in the world must be the match of equals. Curacao know it and they will need to give their all if they eye a final berth to play either of Thailand or Vietnam.

Team news and possible line-ups

Cuco Martina will captain Curacao for the semi-final of 2019 King’s Cup.

As for Team India, Rahul Bheke and Sahal Abdul Samad will make their debut’s against Curacao.
