England play Brazil at Wembley

England vs Brazil
England will play Brazil on Tuesday in an International Friendly
England and Brazil are set to play each other on Tuesday night in an International Friendly. Both teams will be looking for a win.

Kick-off : 8:00 PM (Local)

Venue : Wembley Stadium, London

England face their second tough test in a row as after facing Germany on Friday they play Brazil next. It will be a sterner test for them.

The Three Lions are jolted by withdrawal of some of its key players. So it has made the Brazilians task a bit easier.

England needs to be given some credit for their goalless draw against Germany. Despite being a depleted squad they managed to keep a clean sheet.

But Brazil have got a more attacking and dangerous front line in Neymar and Gabriel Jesus. This promises to be a test for the English defense.

So far England and Brazil have faced each other 25 times. Out of that Brazil have won 11 times while England have won 4 times, 10 games have ended in a draw.

Team news and possible line-ups

Philippe Coutinho is available and will likely play on Tuesday against England. While Felipe Luis will not be available for tomorrow’s game.

Ederson is available for Tuesday’s game and will likely start at Wembley.

As for England, Gareth Southgate has brought in Lewis Cook and Dominic Solanke ahead of the Wembley clash.

Phil Jones will not be available for Brazil game as he is out injured.

Brazil XI : Ederson, Alves, Miranda, Marcelo, Marquinhos, Coutinho, Paulinho, Willian, Augusto, Jesus, Neymar.

England XI : Pickford, Trippier, Rose, Maguire, Walker, Livermore, Dier, Loftus-Cheek, Cork, Rashford, Vardy.

Prediction

Both teams are equal on paper but I think England have the home advantage. I guess though that Brazil are going to win it. The scoreline could be 3-1. Neymar, Jesus and Paulinho might score and Rashford for England.
