Arsenal look for three points away against Swansea City

Arsenal vs Swansea City
Arsenal will play Swansea City on Tuesday in the Premier League
Arsenal are set to play Swansea City on Tuesday as the season moves ahead. Arsenal go into this game as the favorites.

Kick-off : 7:45 PM (Local)

Venue : Liberty Stadium, Swansea

Arsenal are currently sixth in the points table after 24 games and earning 42 points. They are a long way behind table toppers Manchester City, who are on 65 points. They know they need to keep winning games if they eye a top four finish.

The Gunners defeated Chelsea last week in the Carabao Cup to progress ahead. They will be in a pretty confident mood ahead of the Swansea game.

On the other hand, Swansea City are last in the points table with just 20 points from 24 games. They know they need to keep having positive results to remain out of the relegation zone.

Swansea defeated one of the “Big Six Clubs” in Liverpool last week and should be confident in putting up a show against the Gunners on Tuesday.

So far Arsenal and Swansea City have played each other 24 times. Out of that the Gunners have won 13 times while loosing 8 times. 3 other games have been a draw.

Team news and possible line-ups

Renato Sanches is doubtful for Swansea ahead of the Tuesday game. Other than that they have a full squad to choose from.

As for Arsenal, Danny Welbeck and Olivier Giroud are doubtful ahead of the Swansea game. While Santi Cazorla remains sidelined.

Swansea City XI : Fabianski, Der Hoorn, Mawson, Olsson, Rangel, Sung-Yueng, Britton, Fer, Dyer, Bony, Ayew.

Arsenal XI : Ospina, Debuchy, Mertesacker, Koscielny, Holding, Mkhitaryan, Ramsey, Wilshere, Ozil, Lacazette, Iwobi.

Prediction

Seeing Swansea City outplay Liverpool last week, I expect them to show same courage. I think this will be a tricky game for Arsenal away. I guess it will finish 1-1.
