Liverpool will play Huddersfield on Tuesday in the Premier League
Liverpool are set to play Huddersfield on Tuesday in the Premier League as the season moves ahead. The Reds go into this game as the favorites.

Liverpool are currently fourth in the Premier League after 24 games with 47 points. They trail table toppers Manchester City by 18 points. They know they need to keep winning games if they hope to remain in top four.

Liverpool lost last week to Swansea City in the Premier League which was followed by a defeat in the FA Cup against West Brom. They will need to lift themselves up ahead of the Huddersfield game.

On the other hand, Huddersfield are currently 14th in the Premier League after 24 games with 24 points. They will need to keep having positive results to stay out of danger, which means the relegation zone.

So far Liverpool and Huddersfield have played each other on 58 occasions. Out of that the Reds have won on 23 occasions while loosing on 22 occasions, Thirteen other games have been a draw.


Team news and possible line-ups

Daniel Williams and Martin Cranie are both doubtful for Huddersfield ahead of the Tuesday night clash. While Elias Kachunga and Jon Stankovic remain sidelined.

As for Liverpool, James Milner, Ragnar Klavan and Adam Lallana are all doubtful ahead of the Huddersfield game. While Nathaniel Clyne remain sidelined.

Prediction

Seeing Liverpool’s current form, they might struggle for victory away against Huddersfield Town. But I expect them to get the job done and earn three points. I think they will win this game 2-0.
