MUN vs BRE
Manchester United will host Brentford on Monday in the Premier League

Manchester United play Brentford in PL 2021/22 at home as the season nears its conclusion. Both teams will be looking for a win here.

Kick-off : 8:00 PM (Local)

Venue : Old Trafford, Manchester

Man United are having a campaign to forget and they can only hope they finish on a positive note and amongst a place in Europe. They will need to play quality football.

Man U are currently sixth in the points table after 35 matches with 55 points. They have games left against Brighton and Crystal Palace.

United are certain to have a new manager in Erik ten Hag after the campaign ends. Under manager Ralf Rangnick who might use a 4-2-3-1 on Monday particularly at home they need to defend solidly to avoid conceding and then attack for three points.

On the other hand, Brentford have had an ok campaign thus far in the PL. They will continue to have the same attitude in securing some points as they finish.

The Bees are currently 14th in the points table after 34 matches with 40 points. They have games left against Southampton, Everton and Leeds United.

Boss Thomas Frank will likely deploy a 5-3-2 formation to sustain in Manchester. They will need to execute the plan well to bother United and to press for an unlikely win they will need to be quite brilliant for 90 minutes.
