Manchester United will play Chelsea on Sunday in the Premier League
Manchester United and Chelsea are set to play each other on Sunday in the Premier League as the season moves ahead. Both teams will look for three points.

Kick-off : 4:30 PM (Local)

Venue : Stamford Bridge, London

It will be a huge test for the Blues as Jose Mourinho returns to the Bridge with Manchester United.

The defending champions have endured a tough start to this season as they sit nine points behind leaders Manchester City.

Chelsea didn’t had a good midweek either as they were thrashed by Roma 0-3 in the Champions League.

So far Chelsea and Manchester United have played each other 177 times. Out of that Manchester United have won 76 games while Chelsea have won 52 games. 49 games have ended in a draw.

It promises to be a good game on Sunday as both teams are top quality sides and will give their all.

Team news and possible line-ups

N’Golo Kante is doubtful for Sunday’s game against Man United as question mark remains over his fitness.

Davide Zappacosta is available and will likely be given a start on Sunday. While Cesar Azpilicueta will likely replace Antonio Rudiger in defense.

As for Manchester United, Paul Pogba, Michael Carrick and Marouane Fellaini remain sidelined due to injuries.

While Scott McTominay is available and might be given a start against Chelsea. Anthony martial who impressed in win over Tottenham last weekend will be hoping of a place in starting XI.

Chelsea XI : Courtois, Rudiger, Luiz, Cahill, Azpilicueta, Kante, Fabregas, Alonso, Pedro, Hazard, Morata.

Manchester United XI : De Gea, Bailly, Jones, Smalling, Valencia, Matic, Herrera, Young, Martial, Rashford, Lukaku.

Prediction

These two sides are probably the top two sides in English football, so it’s hard to predict a winner. I think this game will be a 1-1 draw.
