Manchester United play Huddersfield on Saturday in the Premier League
Manchester United are set to play Huddersfield on Saturday in the Premier League as the new season moves ahead. United go into this game as the favorites.

Kick-off : 2:00 PM (Local)

Venue : The John Smith’s Stadium

United will look to rediscover their winning edge on against Huddersfield town after drawing last time in the league against Liverpool.

Manchester City got ahead of United after hammering Stoke 7-2 last time out. They are now two points clear of Man United.

David Wagner’s Huddersfield have had a positive start to the season and sit 12th on the table. They will be a threat to United on Saturday afternoon.

United and Huddersfield have played each other 45 times. Out of that Manchester United have won 20 times, while Huddersfield have won 10 times and 15 games have ended in a draw.

Team news and possible line-ups

Stevie Mounie and Colin Quaner are doubtful for Huddersfield in Saturday’s game as due to fitness issues.

Whereas Kasey Palmer, Michael Hefele and Philip Billing will all be not available due to their respective injuries.

As for Manchester United, Marcus Rashford is a doubt for Saturday’s game as due to a knee injury.

Victor Lindelof is available and could make his first Premier League start this weekend. While Marouane Fellaini, Eric Bailley and Paul Pogba will not be available for Saturday’s match.

Huddersfield XI : Lossl, Smith, Zanka, Schindler, Malone, Hogg, Williams, Kachunga, Ince, Van La Parra, Depoitre.

Manchester United XI : De Gea, Valencia, Smalling, Lindelof, Darmian, Herrera, Matic, Young, Mkhitaryan, Martial, Lukaku.

Prediction

I expect Man United to do well against the likes of Huddersfield. But they can’t be complacent going into this game. I think United will win this game though. The scoreline could be 2-0 with Lukaku and Martial both scoring once.
