Gunners look for three points away against Man City

Arsenal vs Man City
Arsenal will play Manchester City on Sunday in the Premier League
Arsenal are set to play Man City on Sunday in the Premier league as the season moves ahead. Both teams will be looking for three points.

Kick-off : 2:15 PM (Local)

Venue : City of Manchester Stadium, Manchester

If Manchester City win on Sunday they will extend the gap between themselves and Arsenal to 12 points.

Arsenal will also be looking to avoid another defeat as they have been defeated thrice already this season.

It will be a sterner test for the Gunners as they face a side high on confidence after defeating Napoli in midweek in the Champions League.

Arsenal and Manchester City have faced each other 191 times. Out of that Arsenal have won 96 games while Man City have won 50 games. 45 games have ended in a draw.

So it should be a good game on Sunday as both teams will give their all.

Team news and possible line-ups

Manchester City will be without the services of Vincent Kompany who is out injured. While Benjamin Mendy remains sidelined due to injury.

As for Arsenal, Sead Kolasinac and David Ospina are available for Sunday’s match. While Calum Chambers is also available and might be given a start on Sunday.

Danny Welbeck and Shkodran Mustafi will not be available for tomorrow’s match as both are injured. Whereas Santi Cazorla remains sidelined.

Manchester City XI : Ederson, Walker, Stones, Otamendi, Delph, De Bruyne, Fernandinho, D. Silva, Sterling, Aguero, Jesus.

Arsenal XI : Cech, Koscielny, Mertesacker, Monreal, Bellerin, Ramsey, Xhaka, Kolasinac, Ozil, Lacazette, Sanchez.

Prediction

Both teams are pretty good. I expect it to be a tight game on Sunday afternoon. But in the end I think it will be draw. The scoreline could be 2-2. The goalscorers could be Mesut Ozil, Alexis Sanchez, Kevin De Bruyne and Sergio Aguero.
