Manchester United will play Chelsea on Saturday in the FA Cup final
Manchester United and Chelsea are set to play each other at the weekend in 2017/18 FA Cup final. Both teams will be eyeing victory.

Venue : Wembley Stadium, London

2017/18 Premier League season is over and we now look forward to the FA Cup final on the 19th May. Two big clubs will go head to head for the title as this is the last chance for both Manchester United and Chelsea to win silverware this season.

The Red Devils finished second in the Premier League while Chelsea finished fifth. United will play in the Champions League next season while Chelsea will have to be content with Europa League football next season.

Manchester United reached the FA Cup final after overcoming Tottenham Hotspur in the semi’s. Alexis Sanchez came good in that game. Man United will be very confident going into the final.

On the other hand, Chelsea reached the FA Cup final after overcoming Southampton in the semi’s. Olivier Giroud came good in that game. The Blues should be in a positive frame of mind going into the final.

Manchester United are ahead on the head to head against Chelsea by 63-48. Both teams have played out 50 draws.


Team news and possible line-ups

Danny Drinkwater and David Luiz will both be not available for Chelsea for the FA Cup final as due to injury.

As for Manchester United, Romelu Lukaku is doubtful for the weekend game. While Alexis Sanchez is available and will likely play.

Chelsea XI : Courtois, Azpilicueta, Cahill, Rudiger, Moses, Kante, Fabregas, Alonso, Willian, Hazard, Giroud.

Manchester United XI : De Gea, Valencia, Bailly, Smalling, Young, Matic, Herrera, Pogba, Lingard, Rashford, Sanchez.

Prediction

It’s a tough call to predict this games outcome as both teams are equal on paper. May the best team on the day win.
