Liverpool will play Crystal Palace on Monday night in the Premier League
Liverpool are set to play against Crystal Palace away on Monday night in 2018/19 Premier League as the season moves ahead. The Reds go into this game as the favorites.

Kick-off : 8:00 PM (Local)

Venue : Selhurst Park, London

Liverpool won the opening game of their 2018/19 Premier League campaign with a 4-0 hammering of West Ham. They will be quiet confident going into this game.

Liverpool though shouldn’t be complacent against Crystal Palace and should give their all as it’s an away game and a good start to the season means benefit in future.

The Reds have their next three games against Brighton, Leicester City and Tottenham Hotspur. It means exciting games coming up.

On the other hand, Crystal Palace too won their opening game comfortably against Fulham. They should be in a positive frame of mind.

But they know they face no easy task ahead as they play giants Liverpool next even though it’s a home game. They should give their best and hope for a positive result.

Liverpool have been quiet good against Crystal Palace in recent times and will look to continue the good work.

Team news and possible line-ups

Max Meyer is available for Crystal Palace for the Monday night game and might play. While Scott Dann will not be available as due to injury.

As for Liverpool, they are unlikely to make changes to their starting line-up after a strong showing last weekend.

Crystal Palace XI : Hennessey, Tomkins, Sakho, Van Aanholt, Wan-Bissaka, Milivojevic, Milivojevic, McArthur, Schlupp, Townsend, Zaha, Benteke.

Liverpool XI : Alisson, Gomez, Van Dijk, Alexander-Arnold, Robertson, Wijnaldum, Milner, Keita, Firmino, Salah, Mane.

Prediction

It should be a good game as both teams will give their all, also Crystal Palace have the home advantage but certainly Liverpool are the superior team here. I expect them to get the job done and earn three points. They should win 2-1.
