Liverpool will play Watford on Wednesday in 2018/19 Premier League as the season moves ahead. The Reds go into this game as the favourites.

Liverpool will be a bit disappointed with their draw at Old Trafford on Sunday. But should be happy that they didn’t loose and kept pace with Man City. Although are now only one point clear off them at top.

The Reds are currently first in the points table after 27 games with 66 points. Against Watford they have got a good opportunity to get three points and they will look to make full use of it playing their brand of football.

Liverpool next play Everton away in the Premier League.

On the other hand, Watford are doing good in 2018/19 Premier League and will look to continue playing positive football.

Watford are at present seventh in the points table after 27 games with 40 points. In Liverpool they have got high quality opponents against whom they will look to give their all hoping for the best.

Holebas will not be available for Watford for the midweek game as due to suspension.

As for The Reds, Joe Gomez, Dejan Lovren and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain will all be unavailable as due to injuries.

Prediction

It should be a good game as both teams will give their all but in the end I expect Liverpool to get the job done and earn three points. They might win 2-0. The goalscorers might be Salah and Sturridge.
