Liverpool will play Newcastle on Saturday in 2019/20 Premier league as the season moves ahead. The Reds go into this game as the favourites.

Kick-off : 12:30 PM (Local)

Venue : Anfield, Liverpool

Liverpool so far have had a perfect start to their new 2019/20 Premier League season and are the only team to have won all the matches they have played. They will look to play their brand of football.

The Reds are currently 1st in the points table after four games with full 12 points. They have a goal difference of +9. The next opponents are Newcastle.

At home you ought to win matches and Liverpool will have their eyes set on the three points at stake. They will have a solid defence ready for it.

The likes of Mohamed Salah, Sadio Mane and Roberto Firmino should be enough to scare the opposition. So a fiery attack to earn full points.

On the other hand, Newcastle have had a weak start to their 2019/20 Premier League campaign and have suffered two losses so far.

The Magpies are currently 14th in the points table after four games with four points. Liverpool away should be an uphill task.

Newcastle though will look be at their best and produce top quality soccer on Saturday. Jamal Lascelles and fellow defenders need to have a good game as Liverpool could easily make it a bad day for them.

Liverpool have a good record against Newcastle and they will look to continue the good work.

Team news and possible line-ups

Dwight Gayle will not be available for Newcastle for the weekend game as due to injury. While DeAndre Yedlin is doubtful.

As for The Reds, Naby Keita won’t be available as due to injury.

Newcastle XI : Dubravka, Krafth, Lascelles, Schar, Dummett, Willems, Almiron, Hayden, Longstaff, Atsu, Joelinton.

Liverpool XI : Adrian, Alexander-Arnold, Matip, Van Dijk, Robertson, Fabinho, Henderson, Wijnaldum, Salah, Firmino, Mane.

Prediction

I expect a Liverpool win here. The Reds might win 3-0.
