Liverpool will play Wolves on Sunday in 2018/19 Premier League as the season ends. The Reds go into this game as the favourites.

Kick-off : 3:00 PM (Local)

Venue : Anfield, Liverpool

Liverpool are in an awesome mood after the heroics in the UEFA Champions League overcoming mighty Barcelona. They are in the final and it should be a good one as they are a step away from Champions League glory. But they will have real pleasure from winning the Premier League. They need some luck.

The Reds are at present second in the points table after 37 games with 94 points. They trail City by a point. So against Wolves they will need to be at their best winning the game and hoping that City don’t win.

On the other hand, Wolves have had a good season and they would love to end it with a win.

Wolves are at the moment seventh in the points table after 37 matches with 57 points. In Liverpool they have got top quality opponents against whom they should play their best soccer.

Liverpool have a good record against Wolves and they would like to continue the good work.

Team news and possible line-ups

Conor Coady will captain Wolves against Liverpool on Sunday.

As for The Reds, Naby Keita will not be available as due to injury. While Adam Lallana and Jordan Henderson are both doubts.

Wolves XI : R. Patricio, Bennett, Coady, Boly, Doherty, Dendoncker, R. Neves, J. Moutinho, J. Castro, Jimenez, D. Jota.

Liverpool XI : Alisson, Alexander-Arnold, Matiz, Van Dijk, Robertson, Fabinho, Henderson, Wijnaldum, Salah, Origi, Mane.

Prediction

Considering the circumstances and the mood and form Liverpool are in, it should be a cakewalk. I expect The Reds to win 3-0.
