Chelsea have had a brilliant start to their new season and would look to improve upon that on Wednesday night when they take on rivals Liverpool in the Football League Cup.

The Blues know it will be a difficult task to topple Liverpool but they know they have the capability to do so. They will just need to believe and play to their potential.

Chelsea will play the same opponents Liverpool again in the Premier League in a blockbuster clash on Saturday.

On the other hand, Liverpool are on a roll at the moment and have had a historic start to their new season. Liverpool will look to create more history on Wednesday night in the Carabao Cup.

The Reds though know that it won’t be easy against Chelsea but if they play their best football than who knows.

In recent times both teams have played out a lot of draws, so it should be a close encounter on Wednesday.
