Barcelona will take on Atletico Madrid on Thursday in 2019/20 Supercopa de Espana semi-final as both teams look for glory. Barca go into this game as the favourites.

Barcelona are in fine form in La Liga this season and they will be going for trophies and one of them comes in form of Supercopa de Espana. They will do all to win it.
Barca have a good history in the competition having won it on 13 occasions. Atletico Madrid though will make it harder to claim their 14th title.
Ernesto Valverde will have plans for Atletico Madrid. He know he need to use Messi and co. to full effect in order to reach the final.
Valverde will use the same tactics he used when beating Atletico away last month in La Liga. He will hope it works out well for him in a different competition.
On the other hand, Atletico Madrid have not such a great history in Supercopa de Espana and they will be hoping for success this year.
Los Rojiblancos have only won the competition twice in their history with last success coming in 2014.
So Diego Simeone has to win this time in 2020 as he also struggles with his team in La Liga. It will be hard though as Barca will make it.
Atletico Madrid needs to use their best players to the full against Barcelona to reach the final and play Real Madrid.
