Manchester United are set to play Burnley away in the Premier League on Sunday as the season moves ahead. The Red Devils go into this game as the favourites.

Kick-off : 4:00 PM (Local)

Venue : Turf Moor, Burnley

Manchester United have had a poor start to their current Premier League campaign after suffering two back to back defeats at the hands of Brighton and Tottenham Hotspur. They will be eager to get back to winning ways. They defeated Leicester in their opening game.

The Red Devils have now got opponents that are manageable and they should look to extract maximum points without being complacent.

Manchester United next play Watford away after the international break.

On the other hand, Burnley too had a poor start to their new Premier League season suffering back to back defeats. They are hoping for their first victory of the season.

But it won’t be easy as they have Manchester United in their way. Burnley next play Wolverhampton Wanderers after the international break.

Man United have been doing well against the Clarets in recent times and will be looking to continue the good work.

Team news and possible line-ups

Chris Wood, James Tarkowski, Matt Lowton, Jack Cork, Joe Hart and Stephen Ward are all available for Burnley for the weekend game and will play. While Steven Defour and Nick Pope will not be available as due to injury.

As for Manchester United, Alexis Sanchez is available and will likely play.

Burnley XI : Hart, Lowton, Tarkowski, Mee, Ward, Lennon, Cork, Westwood, Taylor, Hendrick, Wood.

Manchester United XI : De Gea, Valencia, Smalling, Bailly, Shaw, Matic, Pogba, Fred, Lingard, Lukaku, Sanchez.

Prediction

It should be a tightly fought contest as both teams will give their all with Burnley having the home advantage. It might finish 2-2.
