Man United look for three points away against Bournemouth in the Premier League

United vs Bournemouth
Manchester United will play Bournemouth on Wednesday night in the Premier League
Manchester United are set to play Bournemouth away on Wednesday night in the Premier League as the season nears it’s conclusion. Man United go into this game as the favorites.

Kick-off : 7:45 PM (Local)

Venue : Vitality Stadium, Bournemouth

Man United had a disastrous weekend as they were outclassed by the bottom team in the Premier League in West Brom. The Baggies defeated United 1-0 with the solo goal from Jay Rodriguez. Manchester United will need to be very careful on Wednesday night as well away at Bournemouth.

Manchester City officially won the Premier League on Sunday courtesy of their win at the weekend and United’s loss. Man United will now aim to hold on to that second spot. The Red Devils have currently 71 points from 33 games.

On the other hand, Bournemouth have so far done well this term in the Premier League. They are currently 11th on the points table after 34 games with 38 points. They know that United will be another tough game after the Liverpool game in which they were hammered.

So far Manchester United and Bournemouth have played each other 13 times. Out of that United have won on 8 occasions while Bournemouth have won twice, 3 other games have been a draw.

Team news and possible line-ups

Tyrone Mings is doubtful for Bournemouth for the United game. While Junior Stanislas and Adam Smith will both be unavailable as due to injury.

As for Manchester United, Sergio Romero will not available as due to injury. Other than that they have a full squad to choose from.

Bournemouth XI : Begovic, Francis, S. Cook, Ake, Daniels, Fraser, L. Cook, Gosling, Ibe, King, Wilson.

Manchester United XI : De Gea, Valencia, Smalling, Bailly, Young, Matic, Pogba, Rashford, Lingard, Sanchez, Lukaku.

Prediction

I expected United to get the job done and earn three points on Wednesday night.
