India and England are set to go head to head on Tuesday in the final ODI of the three match series as both teams eye a series win.

Date and Time : 17th July 2018, 5:00 PM IST

Venue : Headingley, Leeds

India were extreme favorites before the ODI series started and especially after the massive win in the first ODI but suddenly it has all changed thanks to a convincing reply by England three days ago in the second ODI.

Either team can win the ODI series now on Tuesday. Of course the team who performs well on the day will win. India have good chances and if they play to their potential then they should come out winners.

On the other hand, England must be happy the way they performed in the 2nd one-dayer and needs not to look any further back and take the momentum from their and look to register another win on Tuesday against giants India.

They can do it and should use the same tactics against Kuldeep Yadav and then who knows.

So far India and England have played 98 ODI’s against each other. Out of that India have won 53 while lost 40, two games have been a tie and three a no-result.

Team news and possible line-ups

England are unlikely to alter their winning XI from the previous ODI.

As for India, they too are going to stick with the same XI as in the previous game.

England XI : Morgan (C), Roy, Bairstow, Root, Buttler, Stokes, Ali, Plunkett, Willey, Rashid, Wood.

India XI : Kohli (C), R. Sharma, Dhawan, Rahul, Dhoni, Raina, Pandya, Kaul, K. Yadav, Chahal, U. Yadav.

Prediction

It’s tough to predict the outcome of this match as both teams are equal on paper, may the best team on the night who commits less mistakes win.
