Kick-off : 10:00 PM (Local)

Brazil were shocked in their last group game courtesy of a solid Cameroon win as they said good bye to the group stage having been qualified atop Group G. They now look to do their regular job at the finals.

A Selecao have had a good defensive system overall but they would hope that it remains intact given the solidarity of the competition being narrowed down. Attack wise Brazil never lack.

The boss would go with a 4-2-3-1 system.

On the other hand, the Koreans have been mixed performers so far in the tournament with a defeat, a win and obviously a draw thus far in the group stages. They require more in the knockouts.

The Korean Tigers know the value of a good defence and they must take heart from the Uruguay game, another South American side. On attacking front they will have to deliver.

They will lineup in a 4-2-3-1 system on Monday.

Team news and possible lineups

Hwang Hee-chan is available and play for South Korea. Whereas Kim Min-jae remains a doubt.

For Brazil though, Neymar should be back. Gabriel Jesus and Alex Telles however are out injured.

Brazil XI : Alisson, Militao, Marquinhos, Silva, Danilo, Paqueta, Casemiro, Neymar, Raphinha, Richarlison, Vinicius Jr.

South Korea XI : Seung-gyu, Moon-hwan, Kyung-won, Young-gwon, Jin-su, In-beom, Woo-young, Hee-chan, Kang-in, Heung-min, Gue-sung.

Prdiction

It might not look as simple the result of this match but given the prowess of Brazil they should be able to overcome a Korea side high on expectations. Selecao to triumph 1-0.
