Chelsea will play Nottingham Forest on Sunday in 2019/20 FA Cup third round as the competition moves ahead. The Blues go into this game as the favourites.

Kick-off : 2:01 PM (Local)

Venue : Stamford Bridge, London

Chelsea are not having that good a season and having success in the FA Cup is what they will be looking forward to.

The Blues have a good record in the FA Cup and have won it on seven different occasions. They will go confidently into the Nottingham Forest tie.

Frank Lampard know they have the home advantage and they will look to make that count. Nottingham Forest will be tricky opponents.

Lampard will ask his players to be attacking minded from the word go. They can defend well especially against Nottingham Forest. Chelsea need to play their brand of football.

On the other hand, Nottingham Forest have been doing well in the EFL Championship this season and they will be hoping for success in the FA cup.

Though a tough tie they have got against a strong team in Chelsea but Nottingham Forest can give them a fight.

Sabri Lamouchi will tell his players the importance of the fixture and to give their absolute all and try and win it in London.

For that The Reds will have to be able to stop Chelsea from creating chances in their half meaning need to be solid at the back and look for their opportunities in the final third.

Team news and possible line-ups

Chema Rodriguez will not be available for Nottingham Forest for the Chelsea game as due to injury.

As for The Blues, Michy Batshuayi, Ross Barkley and Tariq Lamptey are all available and will play.

Nottingham Forest XI : Samba, Jenkinson, Dawson, Worrall, Robinson, Semedo, Sow, Lolley, Carvalho, Adomah, Grabban.

Chelsea XI : Caballero, Lamptey, Christensen, Zouma, Palmieri, Kovacic, Barkley, Pedro, Mount, Hudson-Odoi, Batshuayi.

Prediction

I expect Chelsea to win this game 2-0 and progress further.
