Chelsea are set to play Crystal Palace on Sunday in the Premier League as the season moves ahead. The Blues go into this game as the favourites.

Kick-off : 12:00 PM (Local)

Venue : Selhurst Park, London

Chelsea are having an OK 2018/19 Premier League but have good chances of improving if they play positive football moving ahead.

The Blues are at the moment fourth in the points table after 19 games with 40 points. Against Crystal Palace they need three full points and they will do everything in their capabilities to achieve it and wishing them best to end the year on a high.

Chelsea have their next three games in the new year 2019 against Southampton, Nottingham Forest and Tottenham Hotspur respectively across the Premier League, FA Cup and Carabao Cup respectively.

On the other hand, Crystal Palace are having a poor 2018/19 Premier League and will look to have a good second half.

The Eagles are at the moment fourteenth in the points table after 19 games with just 19 points. In Chelsea they have got tough opponents and it should improve their game hopefully resulting in a positive result.

Chelsea have a good record against Crystal Palace and they will look to continue the good work.

Team news and possible line-ups

Martin Kelly and Wayne Hennessey are both doubtful for Crystal Palace for the Chelsea game.

As for The Blues, Victor Moses, Alvaro Morata, Pedro and Callum Hudson-Odoi are all doubts.

Crystal Palace XI : Guaita, Wan-Bissaka, Tomkins, Sakho, Van-Aanholt, McArthur, Kouyate, Milivojevic, Meyer, Townsend, Zaha.

Chelsea XI : Arrizabalaga, Azpilicueta, Rudiger, Luiz, Alonso, Kante, Jorginho, Barkley, Loftus-Cheek, Hazard, Willian.

Prediction

It should be a good game as both teams will give their all but in the end I expect The Blues to get the job done and earn three points. They might win 3-1.
