Arsenal vs Valencia
Arsenal will play Valencia on Thursday in the Europa League
Arsenal and Valencia will go head to head tomorrow in 2018/19 UEFA Europa League Semi-Final first leg as the season nears it’s completion. The Gunners go into this game as the favourites.

Kick-off : 8:00 PM (Local)

Venue : Emirates Stadium, London

Arsenal are not having domestically a great season and success in the Europa League is what they will be after. Arsenal will be looking to play their brand of football.

The Gunners have got a tough tie in the semi-final stage of 2018/19 UEFA Europa League as they have to face Spanish club Valencia. Arsenal know they will have to be at the top of their game and take full advantage in the first leg playing at home conceding no away goal.

On the other hand, Valencia did extremely well to see off fellow rivals Villarreal in 2018/19 UEFA Europa League quarter-finals to reach till here. But they know it will be a tough road ahead. Valencia will have to play quality football needing some luck.

Valencia face a tough Arsenal side in the semi-finals which should test them to limits but Valencia also have enough gas in the tank to compete and compete well to potentially reach the Europa League final facing either of Chelsea or Eintracht Frankfurt.

Arsenal have a poor record against Valencia and they will like to improve upon the fact.

Team news and possible line-ups

Cheryshev, Geoffrey Kondogbia and Cristiano Piccini will all be not available for Valencia for the Arsenal game as due to injuries. While Francis Coquelin is suspended and hence will be unavailable. On the other hand Lee Kang-In is on international duty for South Korea.

As for The Gunners, Hector Bellerin, Denis Suarez, Rob Holding, Aaron Ramsey and Danny Welbeck will all be unavailable as due to injuries.

Valencia XI : Neto, Wass, Garay, Diakhaby, Gaya, F. Torres, C. Soler, Parejo, Guedes, Gameiro, Rodrigo.

Arsenal XI : Cech, Mustafi, Koscielny, Sokratis, Maitland-Niles, Torreira, Xhaka, Kolasinac, Ozil, Aubameyang, Lacazette.

Prediction

I expect it to be a tough game but Arsenal should be able to come out on top with a 3-1 win.
