Arsenal vs BATE
Arsenal will play BATE on Thursday in the Europa League
Arsenal and BATE are set to go head to head on Thursday in 2018/19 UEFA Europa League as the competition moves ahead. The Gunners go into this game as the favourites.

Kick-off : 8:55 PM (Local)

Venue : Borisov Arena, Barysaw

Arsenal did well in the group stages remaining unbeaten and coming out on top qualifying till here. But the focus will now be needed even more as they march towards the title.

The Gunners will be knowing that away games are quite tough and in BATE they have got tricky opponents. So without complacency a complete performance is needed reach the next round.

Arsenal next play BATE again at home in the return leg on 21st February.

On the other hand, BATE too did OK to reach till here. But they will know how tough it is to play English sides especially when they faced Chelsea in the group stages.

BATE against Arsenal will be a hard game for the Belarusian team though they will be giving their best hoping the luck to be on their side.

Arsenal have a good record against BATE and they will look to continue the good work.

Team news and possible line-ups

Bojan Dubajic is available for BATE for the Arsenal game and could make his debut.

As for The Gunners, Aaron Ramsey and Granit Xhaka will both be unavailable as due to injuries.

BATE XI : Scherbitski, Rios, Volkov, Filipenko, Filipovic, Baga, Dragun, Ivanic, Skavysh, Dubajic, Stasevich.

Arsenal XI : Leno, S. Mustafi, L. Koscielny, Monreal, Maitland-Niles, Torreira, Guendouzi, Kolasinac, D. Suarez, M. Ozil, Aubameyang.

Prediction

It should be a good game as both teams will give their all but in the end I expect Arsenal to get the job done and get a win. They might win 2-0.
