Spain will take on the Faroe Islands on Sunday in UEFA Euro 2020 qualifiers as both teams vie for qualification. La Roja go into this game as the favourites.

Kick-off : 8:45 PM (Local)

Venue : El Molinon, Gijon

Spain after a good 2-1 victory over Romania away on Thursday have now full command in Group F. They will look to carry on the good work.

Spain are at the moment first in the points table after five games with 15 points. They have a goal difference of +10.

The next opponents are The Faroe Islands at home which should be a pretty easy game given the gulf in class between the two sides.

It’s by how many goals they win and I think it should help the goal difference even more. Though with due respect to The Faroe Islands, Spain need to focus on their final third game at Gijon.

On the other hand, The Faroe Islands are expectedly struggling in the group and are yet to secure a win.

Faroe Islands are currently last i.e 6th in the points table after five games with zero points. The have a goal difference of -13.

Against Spain, Faroe Islands need to at least compete. Forget about the outcome, they need to just go out their and play football.

Spain have a proud record against The Faroe Islands and they will look forward to more success.

Team news and possible line-ups

Prediction
