Juventus and Roma will go head to head on Sunday in 2019/20 Serie A as the season moves ahead. Juventus go into this game as the favourites.

Kick-off : 8:45 PM (Local)

Venue : Stadio Olimpico, Rome

Juventus are having a fine season so far in the Serie A and are competing with Inter for the top position.

The Old Lady are currently 2nd in the points table after 18 games with 45 points. The goal difference is +18.

Roma away will be a testing fixture. Maurizio Sarri knows it’s importance and all three points is what they will be after.

Juve will try to play the way they have been playing off late, nothing new. They will be attacking in the final third with a solid backline.

On the other hand, Roma too are having a fine season but winning games will be priority moving ahead.

I Giallorossi at present are 4th in the table after 18 matches with 35 points. The goal difference is +14.

Entertaining Juventus will not be an easy deal by any stretch of imagination. So Paulo Fonseca will have to work hard.

Roma will try to play the way they have best with to get the advantage and try to silent the Juventus frontline.

Team news and possible lineups

Leonardo Spinazzola will probably get the nod at right-back ahead of Alessandro Florenzi as Roma manager Fonseca will seek changes.

While Henrikh Mkhitaryan is out for weeks with a muscular injury. So Diego Perotti keeps his place in the team.

Juventus, on the other hand will likely play the same XI as in the previous game against Cagliari after their success.

Roma XI : Lopez, Spinazzola, Mancini, Smalling, Kolarov, Diawara, Veretout, Zaniolo, Pellegrini, Perotti, Dzeko.

Juventus XI : Szczesny, Cuadrado, Bonucci, Demiral, Sandro, Rabiot, Matuidi, Pjanic, Ramsey, Ronaldo, Higuain.

Prediction

Roma have been good this season but Juventus know they need to get ahead of Inter and this will probably lead to a Juventus win. Backing Juve to win 2-1.
