Real Madrid eye three points at home against Plzen in 2018/19 UEFA Champions League

Real Madrid vs Plzen
Real Madrid will play Plzen on Tuesday night in the Champions League
Real Madrid and Plzen are set to go head to head in the UEFA Champions League on Tuesday night as the season moves ahead. Real Madrid go into this game as the favourites.

Kick-off : 9:00 PM (Local)

Venue : Santiago Bernabéu, Madrid

Real Madrid the defending champions might not be in such good form at the moment but they certainly have the capabilities to bounce back and get the winning momentum.

Los Blancos suffered a shock loss to CSKA Moscow last time in the Champions League and will now be eager for registering a win. Real Madrid as a result are currently 2nd in the table after two games with three points.

Real Madrid have a good chance of getting three points though should be at the top of their game against Plzen.

On the other hand, Plzen have had a poor start to their 2018/19 Champions League campaign and are last in the group with just 1 point after 2 games.

They will need to quickly improve their game as they have a hard task of playing Real Madrid away.

This will be the first time these two teams play each other.

Team news and possible line-ups

Jan Kopic will not be available for Plzen for the Tuesday night game as due to injury.

As for Real Madrid, Gareth Bale and Karim Benzema are both available and will play.

Plzen XI : Kozacik, Limbersky, Hubik, Hejda, Reznik, Prochazka, Hrosovsky, J. Kovarik, Horava, Zeman, Krmencik.

Real Madrid XI : T. Courtois, S. Ramos, Nacho, R. Varane, Marcelo, Casemiro, L. Modric, T. Kroos, G. Bale, K. Benzema, M. Asensio.

Prediction

I expect Real Madrid to win this game easily and three points. They might win 3-0. The goalscorers might be Karim Benzema, Gareth Bale and Marco Asensio.
