Gunners look for three points as they host Spurs

Gunners vs Spurs
Arsenal will play Tottenham Hotspur on Saturday in the Premier League
Arsenal are set to play Tottenham Hotspur on Saturday in the Premier League as the season moves ahead. Both teams will be looking for a win.

Kick-off : 12:30 PM (Local)

Venue : Emirates Stadium, London

Both these teams are far away from table toppers Manchester City. Arsenal trail City by 12 points while Spurs trail city by 8 points.

Tottenham Hotspur are doing pretty well in the UEFA Champions League as they have qualified for the knockout stages.

This fixture becomes very important as both of them wouldn’t want to fall too much apart in the title race.

So far Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur have played each other 193 times. Out of that the Gunners have won 80 times while Spurs have won 62 times, 51 games have ended in a draw.

It promises to be a good game on Saturday as both teams will give their all.

Team news and possible line-ups

Tottenham are facing injury troubles at the moment as a number of their key players being out of action.

Hugo Lloris and Michel Vorm are both out along with Toby Alderweireld and Jan Vertonghen. While Vincent Wanyama is also out.

Harry Kane is having a knee injury but is expected to be fit when the weekend arrives. Although Dele Alli remains doubtful for Saturday’s clash.

As for Arsenal, Olivier Giroud is doubtful for the Tottenham game as due to injury. While Rob Holding is unlikely to return.

David Ospina and Shkodran Mustafi are available and might be given a start on Saturday. Although Santi Cazorla remains out.

Tottenham Hotspur XI : Lloris, Sanchez, Vertonghen, Davies, Trippier, Dembele, Dier, Rose, Eriksen, Alli, Kane.

Arsenal XI : Cech, Koscielny, Metasacker, Monreal, Bellerin, Ramsey, Xhaka, Kolasinac, Ozil, A. Sanchez, Lacazette.

Prediction

Arsenal have the home advantage and I think they will make it count.
